Cal/OSHA Announces Final Non-Emergency Regulation for COVID-19

California’s COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) that has been in place for several years and has evolved as more was learned about COVID-19 is set to expire on December 31. Consequently, the Cal/OSHA Standards Board has announced that a new proposed Non-Emergency Regulation, revised in October, will be approved at the next Cal/OSHA Board meeting on December 15, 2022. -

PRINTING United Alliance Submits Comments to Michigan on New Air Regulations for Printing Operations

Several areas in Michigan failed to achieve compliance with health-based pollution standards set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) called National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), for ozone. As a result, the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is moving forward with a series of new regulations designed to reduce the precursors of ozone, which are Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx). -
