PFAS Dominating Federal and State Environmental Actions

The pressure is being turned up on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) at both the state and federal level with legislation and regulation. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed several regulations aimed at reducing exposure to PFAS, and several states have recently enacted restrictions on the use of potentially harmful PFAS in everyday products. -
