Printing Occupational Injury/Illness Continue Downward Trend

Workplace injuries and illnesses in printing operations are declining. The latest statistics available from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) show that the total number of workplace injuries and illnesses are down 1,000 reported incidents from 2020 to 2021. Much of the reduction was due to a drop in respiratory illness cases because of the decline in COVID-19 infections.
