FDC Graphic Films, Inc. Recognizes Employees for Exemplifying Company’s Core Values

South Bend, IN (December 28, 2023) — FDC Graphic Films, Inc. recognized six valuable employees named as Core Values Ambassadors for the third quarter of 2023 for exemplifying one or more of the company’s five core values.

FDC’s Core Values are believed to be the five most important values in the way the company employees live and work: integrity, kindness, resiliency, engagement, and drive for success.

“These team members demonstrate their commitment to the Core Values through their actions, which makes me very proud,” said Judy Eck, CEO of FDC. “Thank you to all of the nominees. It is a pleasure to be surrounded by a team that is passionate about FDC’s goals and exhibits compassion toward one another every day.”

Silvia Ramirez, production associate, was recognized for her drive for success. Ramirez made a strong effort to keep boxing numbers up while a co-worker was out with an injury and again when another was on vacation. She consistently surpasses goals, some days clearing 300 boxes!

Dante Givens and Joseph Labadie, receiving associates, were recognized for their drive for success. The day before a very important company visitor, there was a large amount of material to be received and many skids were needed to replenish stock. Givens and Labadie were able to get everything received and opened, which was over 300 rolls! And, they both stayed late to ensure that the receiving area was completely ready and clean for the visitor’s arrival.

Linda Carter, customer care agent, was recognized for her drive for success. An FDC customer noticed that Carter was doing an “excellent” job and always answering questions very thoroughly.

Jeremy Laudermilk, data analyst, was recognized for his engagement. Laudermilk’s “unwavering” engagement to produce tools and reports necessary for the Sales team to perform reliably with data. He has consistently demonstrated an “exceptional” commitment to being accountable, attentive to details, and caring. Laudermilk takes ownership of his tasks and consistently delivers results that often exceed expectations.

Josh Morandi, production associate, was recognized for his drive for success. Morandi has demonstrated his drive to help the team succeed multiple times by helping others get orders out on time even when short-staffed or not feeling well—pushing through to leave no team member behind. Each employee received an FDC Core Values Ambassador Award certificate from the FDC Work-Life Team signed by Eck.
