Washington State Requires Posting of Updated Job Safety Poster

Washington State’s Department of Labor and Industry (L&I) recently completed rulemaking to increase worker protection from discrimination by extending the amount of time employees must file a complaint from 30 days to 90 days. To be consistent with these rule changes, L&I updated the required Job Safety and Health Law poster and is requiring all companies to replace their existing poster with the new one. -
