In this capacity, Spiers will lead the GPO business unit that designs, prints, personalizes, and delivers Secure Federal Credentials for many Government Agencies, which includes the U.S. passport for the U.S. Department of State. David (Dave) Ford previously led SID and will continue to support the business unit by managing SID budgets and finances.
