  • GPO Produces Materials for President Trump’s Inauguration

    WASHINGTON—The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) worked with the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) to produce printed materials for the 60th Presidential Inauguration. GPO teammates designed, produced, and procured materials over the course of the last year to support the JCCIC. GPO’s role with Inaugurations dates to at least 1913.

  • Nationwide Injunction Reinstated for the Corporate Transparency Act

    Good news: the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) is on hold again! In the first instance, the CTA was struck down on December 3, 2024, by the District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, holding that the Act falls outside of Congress’ powers to regulate interstate and foreign commerce.
