Responsible for setting up and operating a manual screen printing station according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines. Capable of solving printing problems, and making print adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, color, and production speed. Has good understanding of inks, solvents, and can print line, halftone, and four-color copy on a variety of substrates by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.

Directs, organizes, plans, and assigns activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment to ensure production operations. Directs installation of, modification to, and maintenance activities on the physical structures of buildings and building equipment such as heat electric, gas, and air by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel. Responsible for the implementation of all policies, practice, and procedures pertaining to maintenance department personnel. Frequent contacts with all internal departments, and with service and supply companies, contractors, and outside engineers and other personnel. May also be responsible for ground maintenance activities.

Constructs and installs fixtures, repairs and adjusts production equipment, and assures optimum equipment operation. Performs routine preventative maintenance and maintains equipment log book and spare parts inventory by performing the following duties personally.

Cleans offices, restrooms, break areas, and assigned areas of the plant by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping or scrubbing. Empties trash, waxes and polishes floors, washes windows, changes light bulbs, etc. by performing the following duties personally. May be required to take care of exterior grounds.
