Performs vendor quality check on incoming ink. Uses various color measurement instruments, maintains ink inventories, and records by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.

Directs, plans, assigns, and coordinates the operations of the Ink Room Department, which include the storage, mixing, matching, and formulation of all inks, lacquers, solvents, and adhesives by performing the following duties personally or through assist personnel. Responsible for the implementation of all policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to department personnel.

Assembles photographic positives and negatives into a set of flats or composite positives that accurately represent the line art. Registers all elements properly for screen making, printing, and finishing. Works with vignettes, halftones, reverses, line copy, etc., and by performing the following duties personally.
