Maintains a file of outstanding production orders and informs management personnel concerning job progress. Checks production schedule, verifies progress of jobs, and informs supervisor concerning any variations. Compiles list of materials needed for job and contacts vendors to requisition materials. Arranges for notification and distribution of materials upon arrival by performing following duties personally.

Directs, organizes, plans, and assigns all pressroom operations and activities by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel. Responsible for the implementation of all departmental policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to camera department personnel.

Responsible for accurate placement of substrate on press, or the removal of the printed substrate from the press and placement onto conveyor dryer. Checks print quality without interrupting production flow. Assists in the setting up and cleaning up of the printing press by performing the following duties personally.

Manages and directs a screen printing and/or digital imaging company toward its primary objectives, based on profit and return on capital. Leads and directs a management team in the development, production, promotion, and sale of company's goods and services. Establishes operating policies and goals that support the company mission statement, and directs the preparation of long and short term plans and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through assistant management personnel.

Drives company truck, van, or automobile to make local pickups and deliveries by performing the following duties personally.

Responsible for screen making including frame and fabric selection; screen stretching; stencil selection, application, exposure, and development; and screen storage. Also responsible for positioning image on screen according to job specifications, blocking out and taping screens, mixing emulsions, maintaining adequate screen making supplies, and performing general maintenance on screen making equipment by performing the following duties personally.

Compiles payroll data, calculates employee wages and deductions, and maintains payroll records by performing the following duties personally.

Receive written sales orders, prepares the production order form, verifies credit and inventory, and confirms each order prior to production scheduling.
