Writes and documents quality inspection and testing procedures by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.

Audits production being produced by screen printing or digital imaging to verify conformance to established quality assurance standards. Ensures product adherence, and makes on-the-spot decisions regarding degree of acceptability of a particular product by performing the following duties personally.

Directs and coordinates the activities of personnel engaged in purchasing and distributing raw materials, equipment, machinery, supplies and contract services of a screen printing and graphic imaging company. Responsible for the implementation of all policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to purchasing personnel. Supervises the issuance of all purchase orders, insuring the inclusion of required specifications, prices, terms, and conditions by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.

Compiles information, records, and quotations to prepare purchase orders for procurement of material, machinery, equipment, tools, parts, and services; maintains recommended inventory levels; and establishes replenishment needs by performing the following duties personally.
