Has good understanding of inks, solvents, and can print line, halftone, and four-color copy on a variety of substrates by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.
  • Textile Press Loader & Unloader

    Responsible for accurate placement of substrate on press, or the removal of the printed substrate from the press and placement onto conveyor dryer. Checks print quality without interrupting production flow. Assists in the setting up and cleaning up of the automatic textile screen printing press by performing the following duties personally.
  • Screen Reclaiming Technician

    Responsible for removing ink residue and solvents from screens, reclaiming screens and screen frames for future use by performing the following duties personally.
  • Screen Print Technician

    Responsible for press make-ready and troubleshooting departmental machinery and equipment. Sets-up jobs and does pre-production print check to ensure proper machine set-up, registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.
  • Screen Making Technician

    April 1, 2019

    Responsible for screen making including frame and fabric selection; screen stretching; stencil selection, application, exposure, and development; and screen storage. Also responsible for positioning image on screen according to job specifications, blocking out and taping screens, mixing emulsions, maintaining adequate screen making supplies, and performing general maintenance on screen making equipment by performing the following duties personally.
