Directs, plans, assigns, and inspects the operation of the Cutting Department, which includes straight cutting, die cutting, sheeting, scoring, and steel rule die making. Responsible for the implementation of all policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to department personnel.

Assists in the make-ready and set up of a cylinder screen printing press, maintains ink level during press operation, and loads feeder.

Responsible for setting up and operating an automatic cylinder screen printing press according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines. Cleans and maintains press and work station by performing the following duties personally.

Directs, organizes, plans, and assigns all cutting department operations including cutting, trim cutting, marking, hot-press, fabric inspection, and bundling by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel. Responsible for the implementation of all departmental policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to cutting department personnel.

Directs and coordinates customer service activities of a screen printing and/or graphic imaging company by providing a communication link between the production plant, sales personnel, and the customer.
