Screen Print Technician

Responsible for press make-ready and troubleshooting departmental machinery and equipment. Sets-up jobs and does pre-production print check to ensure proper machine set-up, registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel. -
Screen Making Technician

Responsible for screen making including frame and fabric selection; screen stretching; stencil selection, application, exposure, and development; and screen storage. Also responsible for positioning image on screen according to job specifications, blocking out and taping screens, mixing emulsions, maintaining adequate screen making supplies, and performing general maintenance on screen making equipment by performing the following duties personally. -
Slitting/Sheeting Machine Operator

Sets up and operates slitting/sheeting machine to cut inspected stock rolls into pieces of specified widths. -
Shipping Clerk

Prepares finished goods for shipment. Verifies completeness of shipment against shipping order. Packs shipments, affixes shipping labels, selects method of shipment, weights and determines shipping charges, and issues bill of lading. Maintains shipping records and helps load trucks. -
Sheeter Trimmer Operator

Responsible for setting up and operating an automatic sheeting machine according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines. Responsible for cutting raw material and/or trimming printed stock to customer specifications on powered sheeter cutter by performing the following duties personally. Capable of solving problems, making adjustments to mechanical operation of equipment to keep quality, registration, and production speed at optimum.
