    Responsible for setting up and operating a long bed screen printing station according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines. Capable of solving printing problems, and making print adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, color, and production speed. Has good understanding of inks, solvents, and can print line, halftone, and four-color copy on a variety of substrates by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.
  • Long-bed Carriage Printer

    Responsible for setting up and operating by hand or with automation a long-bed carriage type screen printer for printing fabric, wallpaper, and other roll substrates according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.

    Responsible for operating and setting-up a hot and/or cold seal laminator for over-laminating, encapsulation, or mounting of screen printed or digital imaged products. Sets feed speed, pressure, and/or temperature for optimum production rates, trims pieces, and maintains quality by performing the following duties personally.

    Directs, organizes, plans, and assigns all the activities of the inventory control department including receiving, stocking, and dispersing raw materials by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel. Responsible for the implementation of all departmental policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to camera department personnel.

    Responsible for control of raw materials including receiving, storing, ordering, and issuing. Counts and compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies. Responsible maintaining inventory control records. Recommends disposition of defective or unusable items by performing the following duties personally.
  • Ink Room Technician

    Develops color formulas and mixes screen printing ink, adhesives, and varnishes for production according to established company procedures and customer requirements. Mixes standard and matched color ink, sample ink batches, prints swatch, and performs color check per color specifications. Estimates quantity of ink to be mixed. Performs vendor quality check on incoming ink. Uses various color measurement instruments, maintains ink inventories, and records by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.
  • Ink Department Supervisor

    Directs, plans, assigns, and coordinates the operations of the Ink Room Department, which include the storage, mixing, matching, and formulation of all inks, lacquers, solvents, and adhesives by performing the following duties personally or through assist personnel. Responsible for the implementation of all policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to department personnel.
  • Image Assembler

    Assembles photographic positives and negatives into a set of flats or composite positives that accurately represent the line art. Registers all elements properly for screen making, printing, and finishing. Works with vignettes, halftones, reverses, line copy, etc., and by performing the following duties personally.

    Responsible for planning and implementing policies relating to all phases of human resources activities. Recruits, interviews, and assists in the selection of employees to fill vacant positions. Maintains employee records, conducts wage survey within labor market, prepares budget, and investigates accidents for insurance purposes by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.
