OSHA is poised to reveal a new letter of interpretation dealing with the subject of GHS and hazard communication, specifically with a labeling scheme for shipped containers that will be exported from the U.S. OSHA is not able to discuss the details of the letter until it is formally issued, which is expected to come out this week. SGIA will review the letter, hold any conversations with OSHA as necessary and will share the letter and relevant meanings and impact of the letter when made available.
