Technical Product Manager – Certifications
July 22, 2026
The ideal Technical Product Manager – Certifications comes from the printing or graphic communications industry with real technical grounding — color management, prepress, digital print, or a background like G7/G7+. They're comfortable being the person a printer or OEM trusts when the conversation gets technical. The Alliance will provide product training and coaching as part of onboarding; what we can't train is credibility on the shop floor. This role owns two of the Alliance's certification lines — System Certifications and Master Facility Certifications — and is responsible for helping grow them. Both programs have real, proven revenue behind them; they've simply never had a dedicated owner. This is a chance to build the go-to-market for something that already works, and to become the industry's go-to expert on it. -

Senior Analyst
May 11, 2026
We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to lead these engagements end-to-end. Our work spans two types: decision-support research, where a client has a question and we design a study to answer it; and strategic thought leadership, where research is designed from the start to build a client’s brand or support a product narrative — commercially shaped, but grounded in real data and real methodology. You’ll sit in scoping conversations with prospective clients and help shape the research approach. You’ll design the methodology, draw the conclusions, write the deliverable — report or deck — and present findings to client senior executives. Each engagement is yours to run, and some will be in industries you don’t yet know. Ramping fast on unfamiliar territory is core to this work. -
