The Salesforce Business Analyst is an integral part of the Membership team. While working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, this person is responsible for leveraging data to help management make smarter, data-backed business decisions. They will need to have exceptional communication skills. They will develop relationships with staff across every department to deeply understand the work and data across the entire organization and draw connections. They are responsible for the integrity of the organization’s data, developing data entry standards and governance, and getting data in and out of the system. The Salesforce Business Analyst must maintain a thorough understanding of the association management system (Salesforce and Nimble) and data.

Responsibilities:
• Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy.
• Perform data entry, data imports, and data exports within Salesforce.
• Responsible for training staff on how to keep data clean and consistent.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity, and to support the business needs of staff.
• Create and enforce reporting standards.
• Proactively identify and implement data and process improvements that meet business requirements.
• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce, and other data management/BI systems.
• Hands on data mining and analysis in support of the work of all teams across the organization.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be proficient in Salesforce.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the printing industry, or previous experience with a printing company is a plus.
