GraphicsPAC, lobbying in Tallahassee, monitoring environmental and safety regulations, monitor legislation affecting their business (tax issues,workers compensation, health insurance). Published Sales Tax Guideline booklet, Legislative Day (set appointments with legislators).

Educational
Annual Graphics of the Americas seminars, offering numerous cutting edge seminars given by internationally renowned experts on topics such as management, marketing, workflow, digital printing, prepress, converting, new media and more both in English and Spanish. Over 20 educational/training seminars presented throughout Florida serving five main regions – Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and South Florida. In addition, educational/training seminars are held each year during the Print Management Conference traditionally held in the summer.

School Involvement
Annual Graphic Arts Teacher Conference, Career Awareness Day, Occupational Specialist / Counselors Luncheon and Graphics of the Americas Student Internships.

Social Activities
Golf Tournaments, Bowling Tournaments, Industry Appreciation Party (held at a major Florida attraction), Florida Print Awards Banquet, and the Graphic Arts Leaders of the Americas (GALA) banquet.

Other Information
PAF owns and produces the Graphics of the Americas (GOA), the second largest printing show in the Western Hemisphere. GOA encompasses 1,500+ booths filled with the newest prepress, press, printers, postpress, consumable, paper, products and software introductions. It is held annually in January/February of each year at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
