This report is based on a survey of 49 companies whose primary business is wide-format printing. Contributors have annual sales (all sources) ranging from less than $1 million to more than $100 million and collectively offer nearly 20 wide-format products, with banners, posters, window graphics, and floor graphics offered most widely.

Topics include how sales, prices, and profitability trended through the first quarter of 2026, key trends in client purchasing habits (e.g., an “Amazon effect” as clients shorten project lead times but still expect faster job turns), diversification by adding services in addition to printing, and average annual capital investment rates.
