This report presents results of the Alliance Insights survey of 207 communication buyers whose responsibilities include print-related purchasing, strategy, or production decisions within their organizations. The findings reveal a communications environment in which print investment remains strong, growth expectations are positive, and demand is expanding across a broad range of applications. At the same time, the research shows that print is evolving both operationally and strategically. Organizations are placing greater emphasis on measurable outcomes, workflow efficiency, automation, and technology-enabled procurement tools that make print easier to manage and integrate into omnichannel communications programs.
