State of Decorated Apparel Report, Summer 2023

This report summarizes results of a survey of 138 apparel decorators. Topics include decoration technologies used; how sales, operating cost inflation, prices, and pre-tax profitability trended through midyear 2023; the factors most affecting profitability; greatest concerns; capital investment plans, and expectations for major apparel decoration products and end markets. The report also includes guidance on artificial intelligence for small businesses, creating key risk indicators, calculating customer health scores, and building a compelling employer brand.
