Printing Industries of America Unveils State Print Profile Resources

Pittsburgh, PA--Printing Industries of America (PIA) has unveiled the State Print Profiles. These targeted economic summaries present in-depth statistics and trends for all 50 states and Washington D.C. in order to provide members with the information necessary to evaluate their regional markets.

The Center for Print Economics and Management at PIA used U.S. Census Bureau data to help compile and calculate factors such as company size, metropolitan statistics within the state, and shipment values. With the State Print Profiles, PIA continues its commitment to providing members with tools to get ahead in the industry.

PIA's staff Economist Tai McNaughton directed the creation of this year's state profiles. "The State Print Profiles provide printers and suppliers with a valuable snapshot of their marketplace and competitive position," said McNaughton.
