Orders usually ship within 48 hours of placing your order.
Only members are eligible for member pricing. When you register your username/email on the website, your membership status will be verified in our database. When calling to place an order, our agents can confirm your membership status in our database, but please have your member number available.
Nonmembers are charged list price on all products. Information on becoming a member through your local affiliate is available on our "Become a Member" page.
Prepayment is required for all orders. Use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express only) or pay by check made payable in U.S. dollars to Printing Industries of America.
Orders submitted by PO will have a pro forma invoice generated for your accounting department; the order will not ship until payment is received.
Credit card orders only are accepted on the Printing.org website.
Pennsylvania residents must add 7% sales tax to the order. If exempt, please provide a copy of the exemption certificate.

There are several products for which we do not accept returns, due to the nature (data or format) of the content, and in these cases all sales should be considered final. These products include: Ratios volumes, Marketing4Digital sets, Research and Technology Reports, any PDF-only product, eBooks, any webinar archive, digital quality control products, compensation surveys, incentive plan reports, and samples manuals.
