Ironmark Announces Acquisition of Spectrum Printing & Graphics

Print and communications industry leader, Ironmark, is thrilled to announce that it has acquired Spectrum Printing & Graphics.
The acquisition of Spectrum Printing & Graphics, a full-service commercial printing company based in Rockville, Md., providing offset and digital print, signage, promotional products, campaign management, and in-house mailing and fulfillment, was finalized in March 2021.
On the acquisition, Ironmark CEO Jeff Ostenso says, “Ironmark has always been focused on growing and empowering small businesses. Spectrum has been a key player in the printing space for almost 25 years. We are so excited about bringing on Andrew, his team, and all the possibilities this collaboration will bring. This is a win-win for all involved.”
The team is looking forward to utilizing the new resources and capabilities offered by Ironmark in order to create award-winning creative, digital marketing, website development, and e-commerce efficiencies. Both companies are looking forward to a seamless transition. On the day-to-day, not much will change for Spectrum and its client base. The team will continue to provide the exceptional services its customers have come to expect for the last 24-plus years.
