For the first time, INX International Ink Co. will be exhibiting in South America at ExpoPrint Latin America. When the event is held March 20-24 in Sao Paolo, Brazil, local INX do Brasil Director Jose Carlos Ribeiro says show attendees can expect a sizeable contingent ready to offer expert advice on flexible packaging and metal decoration inks when they visit INX booth 417.

Twenty highly experienced staff members of INX and Creative Industria e Comercio Ltda., one of South America’s manufacturers of flexographic and gravure packaging inks, will be on hand to discuss the complete line of inks and coatings that will be on display. INX purchased the company in December 2016. With the global support of parent company Sakata INX of Japan, Ribeiro understands the significance of INX exhibiting at South America’s largest industry event.

ExpoPrint visitors will have plenty to see in the INX booth, including Synergy and Belle Color flexible packaging inks and 2-piece metal decorating inks and coatings.

Synergy is a flexographic laminating ink designed for a wide range of solvent-based and solvent-less adhesive systems. A high performing product that can run at press speeds of 2000 feet per minute, it offers excellent printability and heat resistance for general purpose, snack food packaging. Synergy also has superb bond strength and resolubility, and low solvent retention is achievable with extrusion and adhesive lamination.

Belle Color solvent-based rotogravure laminating inks are the highest performing inks on the market for adhesive and extrusion lamination. Specifically formulated for retort, boil-in-bag and a vast range of diverse packaging applications, the proprietary, high quality ink system is known for how sharp it prints on many different substrates. Belle Color, like Synergy, provides excellent heat resistance, low solvent retention, and resolves doctor blade issues that are commonly found with other inks.
