Customer Service Professional (CSP) Certification Exam

The exam consists of 90 multiple choice questions based on a series of customer service topics that include qualities for customer service success, roles in production and print manufacturing concepts, client communication, and dealing with dissatisfied clients.

You may take the exam one time. The exam consists of 90 randomized questions, in which, you have 90 minutes to complete. Once you have completed the exam, you will receive an email with your score. If you score 80% or higher you will pass the Customer Service Professional exam. Not everyone succeeds on the first try.

Following the first exam, users receive a list of the questions answered incorrectly, making it easier to study for the re-test. CSP Retake Certification Test is $95 for Members, $195 for Non-Members.

With a degree in graphic arts technology and management from the University of Central Missouri and exclusive work experience in printing spanning over 25 years, Jennifer's career has allowed her to gain valuable knowledge in several areas of the industry. She has worked as a job planner and estimator, but most of her experience is in customer service. Jennifer currently oversees the account manager and estimating/planning teams at Prisma in Phoenix, AZ, while also working with clients. She also is a Board Member of the Graphic Communication Education Foundation, which connects education to the industry.

Peggy Deal

A graduate of Indiana University and a graphic designer for more than 40 years, Peggy is the Program Chair for graphic design at Scottsdale Community College, an institution that has won the Frederick D. Kagy Award of Excellence. She is the chairman of the Graphic Communication Education Foundation, a 501c3 affiliated with the Western States Print Alliance, and works closely with the CTE programs throughout Arizona High Schools, including coauthoring the standards that were adopted by the state for all CTE graphic design programs. Her first textbook was released this year, Graphic Communications Digital Design and Print Essentials, which she coauthored with Z.A. Prust. Peggy is the Operations Director for IDUG, the Phoenix chapter of the Adobe InDesign User Group. While graphic design is her chosen profession, teaching is her passion.
