OVERVIEW

ABOUT:

G7+™ Expert Live Training hosted by PRINTING United Alliance and Graphics World Korea (formerly Idealliance Southeast Asia, Japan & Korea), featuring live in-person, instructor-led training. G7+ Trainer Woo-Hyun Cho will lead this live, in-person training, focusing on G7+-based print and packaging applications, G7+ and G7 integration, maintenance, and process control across all print and proofing applications. Attendees will receive an extensive practical demonstration and collaboration to earn certification as G7+ Experts.

About G7+ Expert Live In-Person Certification & Training
G7+ Expert certification training is specifically designed for experience-driven learning with the instructor. This interactive training takes place over 3 consecutive days. It enables the work and integration of the G7+ methodology among industry peers and facilitates collaboration to provide training and hands-on experience in a live, in-person environment. Training consists of lectures, demonstrations, production, and extensive hands-on practice through critical concepts, press runs, print calibration, and analysis. Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring their measurement devices, including handheld spectrophotometers and other color-quality tools and solutions, to participate in the included activities and further assist with integrating G7+- based color management and process control into their own production environments, but it is not required.

G7+ Expert Certification
Registrants also get access to the included certification exam, following training to become a globally recognized, PRINTING United Alliance certified, G7+ Expert. A G7+ Expert has demonstrated expertise in the field of color management, process, and quality control for proofing and printing utilizing the G7+ methodology. A G7+ Expert is able to implement G7+ based calibration and process control into print workflows, analyze color and print-related issues, and take corrective action to bring systems and processes in control to a set method, standard or specification with repeatable, predictable results.

A G7+ Expert has attended and successfully completed a PRINTING United Alliance G7+ Expert Training with a minimum level of 90% proficiency. Certification is valid for two years.
