OVERVIEW

ABOUT:

This PDAA Architectural Films (Resurfacing) and 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes Preferred Installer Training Program is designed to give installers the tools and techniques needed to confidently apply 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes in an interior design setting.

At the end of this two-day training, you will take a test (one day) on what you've learned. Passing the test confers the title of 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes Preferred Installer and PDAA Architectural Films (Resurfacing) and you will be listed on both the 3M™ Installer Locator and the PDAA Find a Certified Installer directory as well as being issued the digital badge from PDAA for Architectural Films (Resurfacing).

This event is being held at WrapStar Pro, 1123 N Market Blvd., Suite 3, Sacramento, CA 95834.

10:30 AM - 10:40 AM Break
10:40 AM - 11:30 AM Hands on Stations
Tools and Techniques/Full Wall
*Each station includes a full installation demonstration followed by a full installation of that station by each student under the trainers supervision.
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Lunch
12:00 PM - 4:30 PM Hands-on Stations
Double Cut Seams/Inside Corner/Outside Corner/ Cabinet Door and Drawer Fronts/Repair-Patch. Break as necessary. If time allows move on to Door Demo.

Note: Once all 10 hands-on stations are complete, if time is available at the end, allow students time to practice specific techniques. Otherwise, if they are ready, students may begin testing.

8:15 AM - 11:30 AM Begin testing on the 8 required stations
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Lunch
12:00 PM - 4:30 PM Continue testing on the 8 stations

As each student completes the 8 stations, administer the 20 question multiple choice exam.

Note: Upon successful completion of the course, make sure to complete the following tasks where applicable.
- Have the installer fill out the on-line for 3M Preferred Installer Application
- Take a head shot photo of the installer for your records. (optional)
- Present them with a 3M Adhesion Test Kit with DI-NOC Strips for testing. (optional)
