Archived SGIA Webinar: OSHA has finalized the recordkeeping rule, “Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses.” This rule amends the recordkeeping regulations to include the new electronic submittal procedures of records and the posting of these records onto public websites. The rule also expands the scope of the regulation to cover the information employers need to give employees on their rights as well as warnings to employers about how to develop procedures for employees to report injury and illness reporting by employees. This webinar will cover the sections applicable to the industry, what and how you need to report, and when the first set of records need to be submitted.
