New Hampshire Air Pollution Control Regulations

Written October 17, 2019

In New Hampshire, screen printing facilities are included in the state's regulations for process, manufacturing and service industries. Under these regulations, a facility with the potential to emit 50 tons of VOCs a year is required to control emissions. New sources may be subject to the state's air toxic regulations depending on the emission levels. The state requires all facilities, regardless of size, to maintain daily records of the usage of materials containing VOCs. The Department can exempt small facilities from this requirement.
