Montana Air Permitting Issues

In Montana, Title V permits are required for any facility that emits more than 100 tons per year of volatile organic compounds; 10 tons per year of one hazardous air pollutant; 25 tons per year of a combination of hazardous air pollutants. All these emission limits are based on potential emissions.
