Branded Merch Network Creates Roadside Attractions for PromoEQP

An Original Series of Stories, Lessons and Conversations with Rod Brown

Branded Merch Network has created Roadside Attractions, an original educational video series for PromoEQP featuring Rod Brown.

Roadside Attractions celebrates the people, principles, and relationships that built the branded merchandise industry. Through personal stories, practical business insights, and authentic conversations, each episode helps today's promotional products professionals learn from those who've already traveled the road before.

Rather than traditional sales training, Roadside Attractions offers thoughtful conversations rooted in decades of real-world experience. This 5-part series explores the decisions, relationships, defining moments, and lessons that shape successful careers and inspire the next generation.

The series will premiere this summer and fall through PromoEQP's digital channels, with Episode One scheduled for release in August. As an exclusive benefit for the PromoEQP community, episodes will debut first through PromoEQP and be accompanied by live "Workshop Hours" with Rod Brown, giving members an opportunity to discuss the lessons, ideas, and experiences behind each conversation. Approximately 30 days later, episodes will be released through Branded Merch Network, extending the education across the broader promo, print, and apparel decoration communities.

"I've been fortunate to spend a lifetime learning from remarkable people in this industry. Roadside Attractions is my way of passing a few of those lessons along and hopefully helping someone else enjoy the journey just a little bit more."
— Rod Brown

Jeremy Chacon of PromoEQP, believes the series reflects the organization's ongoing commitment to investing in the growth and success of independent distributors.

“Every industry has people whose influence reaches far beyond their own business. Rod is one of those people. His willingness to share what he's learned, invest time and resources in others, and spark connections and conversations is exactly what we believe is best about this industry. This is an important moment in the market, and we're excited to play our part in supporting a conversation Rod is brave enough to start.”
