PRINTING United Alliance is grateful to serve its members who make such significant impacts on the printing industry. Through our Member Spotlights, we continue to recognize our members, and help our community get to know their peers better, both professionally and personally. The following is a Q&A and video interview with Paulina Madrigal, vice president of Operations at Hightech Grafix.
Please provide a brief history of your company and its core mission.
Established in 2008, we are a contract-only apparel decorator built to support promotional product distributors, agencies, and brands. We have over 100 employees and specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and DTF.
Our mission is to make decoration simple and dependable for our partners through consistent quality, on time production, and clear communication, so they can sell with confidence and grow their business.
Are there markets or industries outside of your traditional offerings you are looking to add (or have added)? If so, what?
We are intentionally focused on Promotional Product Distributors only and do not plan to move outside of that lane. Our goal is not to add new markets, but to continue improving what matters most to distributors: better screen printing, embroidery, and DTF.
We invest in processes, equipment, and people to make these decoration methods more consistent, reliable, and easier for distributors to sell with confidence.
What would you consider some of the most significant achievements of your company to date?
One of our biggest achievements is building long-term relationships with distributors who rely on us as their go-to decorator. We’re known for meeting deadlines, maintaining consistent quality, and handling complex jobs with confidence.
We’ve also developed innovative internal systems that improve transparency and accuracy, including package check-in tracking, live production photos, and job tracking tools that help keep orders moving smoothly and clients informed.
Are there any upcoming features or developments that your clients can look forward to?
Our primary goal for 2026 is to reduce average production times by two full days while maintaining the quality and consistency our distributor partners expect. We will continue investing in new technology and production innovations that improve speed, visibility, and reliability.
These improvements are designed to help our distributor partners turn orders faster, manage apparel programs more easily, and grow their apparel business with confidence.
Why did you decide to join the Alliance? What resources do you plan to or have already utilized through your membership?
We joined the Alliance to stay connected with trusted industry partners and resources. It helps us improve our operation and provide better service to our clients.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
We are 100% contract-only. We do not compete with our partners and we do not sell direct to end users. Our entire operation is built to support promotional product distributors who need a dependable, professional decorator.
