SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Service Representative works closely with the customer, the sales or account executive, and the prepress team to prepare and submit job production tickets. The CSR will track the jobs and make sure that the prepress and production teams are aware of, and meeting, production deadlines and delivery schedules.
