Hybrid Software Expands its Team Offering Extended Texas-Based Support for the Southern Midwest U.S.

Newtown, PAHybrid Software, a leading innovator of packaging design and visualization software, has extended its representation in the southern midwest US with the appointments of Brian Taylor as Sales Manager and Matthew Conner as a Solution Engineer.

Taylor, based in Texas, brings twenty years of experience in production printing and packaging, having held roles as an owner, operator, salesperson, graphic designer and consultant. Most recently, he was an independent print broker, as well as Graphics Communication Executive at Ricoh USA, where he successfully managed a portfolio of high-value digital printing accounts spanning many states and industries. Taylor will work closely with the company’s customers, and business and technology partners, in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas, responsible for all products in Hybrid Software’s portfolio.

Beyond his work on the vendor side, and as a former owner and operator, he can draw upon the unique experience of running a business that relied heavily on prepress software. Matthew Conner, also from Texas, has joined Hybrid Software as a Solutions Engineer. Matthew ‘grew up in flexo’. His father spent his career in printing and introduced Conner to the packaging industry when he was in high school. While he had his start as Customer Service Representative at McKool Graphics, Conner has spent most of his professional career at SGS & Co., where he most recently was a Solution Architect. He has also been a Studio Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Account Manager. He holds a BA from Hardin-Simmons University.

“Matthew is another person who has ink in his blood. He has a wealth of experience from both the printer and vendor sides, which will be put to good use as he assists Hybrid Software’s customers get the most from our software,” adds Kincaid. “While I am sure both Brian and Matt will be in touch with many of our customers and prospects, people can also meet them at the Hybrid Software Fusion Packaging Summit 2026, which will be held April 20-22 in Sarasota, Florida.”
