New era begins for Enfocus as Tim Bernaerdt is appointed Director

Enfocus has announced the latest milestone in its 30-year-and-counting journey, revealing the appointment of the experienced Tim Bernaerdt as its new Director.

Tim recently celebrated his tenth anniversary at the affordable, flexible automation expert Enfocus, where he began as Channel Account Manager in 2013. The appointment marks the start of a new era for the company, which recently launched its revolutionary Enfocus Review solution, an online proofing system, and Enfocus Cloud, a cloud-based solution that stores workflows online in case of hardware failure.

He brings an unparalleled level of commercial, technical, and operational knowledge to the role, giving the company fresh impetus as it moves into 2024 and beyond.

"I'm excited and honored to lead the Enfocus business,” said Tim. “With Enfocus in great shape today, I look forward to continuing our success story and bringing Enfocus to the future.

"Together with our global network of very skilled Channel Partners, we've navigated great successes and faced the necessary challenges in the past ten years I’ve been at the company. Change is the only constant in life, and, knowing the strength of the incredible Enfocus team, extended by our Channel Partners, I know we can face it together with full confidence."

Tim is already well-known to many Enfocus customers thanks to his time working in several customer-facing roles, including leading the Sales Operations team and working as Head of Customer Success during his career, which has seen him cultivate strong partnerships across the print industry. He is also a regular star of the company’s much-loved videos, with its yearly Christmas movie parody film always a particular highlight during the busy festive season.

Tim will be supported by the rest of the management team, which remains unchanged and his replacement as Head of Customer Success will be appointed in due course.
