This distinction is based on an aggregate of distributor ratings throughout the year. Suppliers are rated on factors such as customer service, delivery, problem resolution, as well as overall product rating.
Out of the 4,000+ suppliers and decorates listed in SAGE, 1,073 received an A+ or A rating. These ratings help distributors make informed decisions about prospective suppliers. This is Orbus’ third year receiving an A-rating, and sixth consecutive year being a high-rated supplier.
