New EPA Reporting Rule for PFAS Can Impact Printing Operations and Its Suppliers

In the first of what will be a series of new regulations addressing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), manufacturers and importers of PFAS, including articles that contain PFAS, must submit information to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) about them. The reporting requirement will encompass a twelve-year time period starting in 2011 through 2022.
