The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has convened a panel of small businesses to review the Heat Injury and Illness Prevention in Outdoor and Indoor Work Settings proposed rule. This is the next step in a process that began in October 2021 when action on the rule was initiated with an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking.
