National Labor Relations Board Increases Employer-Paid Damages to Affected Workers

In a significant expansion of potential financial liability, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued a decision that makes employers who illegally fire or demote employees in violation of labor laws responsible for consequential damages related to any financial injury that the affected employees experience.
