Maine’s PFAS Product Reporting Deadline is January 1, 2023

Beginning January 1, 2023, manufacturers in Maine must report information about products that have intentionally added chemicals, specifically perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances. This law, called Stop Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Pollution (38 MRS § 1614), was passed in July 2021.
