The EEOC Requires New Mandatory Posters in the Workplace

The federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has issued a new poster about workplace discrimination that must be hung in all workplaces with 15 or more employees. This new “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster replaces the former “EEO is the Law” discrimination poster that was previously required.

The new Know Your Rights poster reflects the following changes from the previous poster:
