California’s Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board met on April 21 and approved the third and readoption of the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). The new standard became effective May 6 and runs through December 31, 2022. While a large majority of the current version of the ETS will remain in the final version, there are major changes to the ETS that all employers should be aware of and incorporate into their COVID-19 Prevention Plans.
