On Tuesday, March 8, the Senate passed the long-sought after Postal Service Reform Act of 2022. The legislation, led by Sen. Gary Peters, D-Michigan, and Rob Portman, R-Ohio, passed by an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote of 79-19. The bill now heads to President Joe Biden’s desk for his signature.
