Standard Announces New Customer Service Manager

Standard Finishing Systems, a leading supplier of post-press and paper handling solutions, recently announced that Deloris Toomey has been appointed to the role of customer service manager.

With degrees in business administration and management, Toomey began her career in the eldercare industry improving patient quality of life before transitioning to a role as a customer success manager at Citron Hygiene. Toomey joined the Standard team in her customer service manager role in Oct. 2021, bringing with her years of customer service expertise, management experience, and CRM mastery. In the months following her hiring, Toomey cross-trained alongside Deb Desmond, the outgoing customer service manager who recently retired after 34 years at Standard, as she assumed leadership of the customer service department at Standard.
