Vaccine Mandate for Employers in New York City
Effective December 27th, any private employer with more than one employee are required to have their employees provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19. If such proof is not provided, the employer must exclude from the workplace any worker who has not provided proof unless there a religious or medical accommodation that has been granted.
