FIMOR Donates to UNICEF to Support the COVID-19 Emergency in India

FIMOR, a polyurethane manufacturer based in Le Mans and known worldwide for its Serilor brand screen printing squeegees, has donated to UNICEF to help COVID-19 emergency efforts in India.

“The deadly surge in COVID-19 cases is placing an enormous strain on health and critical care facilities in our country,” says Dr. Yasmin Haque, UNICEF representative in India. ‘Urgent action is needed to avoid more tragic loss of life.”

It is in response to this appeal that FIMOR has decided to donate 10,000 euros to UNICEF to support the COVID emergency in India. This will finance a solar fridge and two oxygen concentrators. Being commercially present in India, FIMOR feels all the more solidarity with the victims of this tragedy as personal relationships have been forged with its local partners for years. This wave of solidarity is part of a larger UNICEF project so that everyone can come out of this global health crisis as quickly as possible, wherever they are.
