The latest innovation from InkSoft is a feature to help apparel decorators get paid faster and make online payments simple for their print shops and customers. Called Request Payment, this function allows clients to make secure online payments from any device whenever it is convenient.
Available in Orders, the request payment button is viewable anytime there is a remaining balance on a job. By clicking the button, multiple email addresses can be added to the request payment email. A personalized message and call to action can also be entered. Finally, users can opt to receive a confirmation email once the customer pays.
By clicking “send,” an email with a secure online payment link is sent to the customer and copied to any cc’d email addresses.
