Time to Post your OSHA FORM 300A!

All employers are reminded that your OSHA Form 300A should be posted in a conspicuous location between February 1 and April 30, 2019. The summary must include the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in 2018 and were logged onto your OSHA Form 300, Log of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses. If you did not have any injuries and illnesses, you are still required to post Form 300A.
